Hello!!! I plan to update this as much as possible!! First of all, thank you SOO much for pre-ordering Scalebound, your orders have made my dreams come true and I can seriously not thank you enough and tell you how much I love you!!!!
Second of all, I hope each of you know and understand I AM TRYING SO HARD TO GET THESE ORDERS OUT <3!!! Please be patient with me as we received the books 2 weeks later than expected, I am 7 months pregnant (and beyond exhausted out of my control), work a full-time job, and having many huge family events (lots of weddings, baby showers (mine included), etc!). I am working hard to get your orders out as soon as I am able and have been putting in a LOT of overtime to get these to you! I package each one with love and care (We package them with lots of layers to help prevent any damage from shipping) and it simply just takes time.
I know all of you are antsy in wanting to know when you may receive your copy, and trust me, I am ALSO antsy for you to receive them!! So here is where we are at!! International and "tier everything" orders may be behind schedule, but that is because there is a lot more work that go into the international orders and the annotated copies and I bulk do them all at once each week! So the timeline may be off.
CURRENT UPDATES:
10/1/24
- All orders have been shipped!!! (International orders and a few other remaining orders are getting picked up by the postal services today! So you may not be able to view tracking for another day or 2 if your order is with these ones getting picked up)
- If your order still hasn't shown shipped/you haven't received a shipping notification then please check the orders below that need more information. Some addresses showed as incorrect and so we sent emails before we shipped the books and we are still waiting on some responses.
- If you are a tier everything then I may be still working on your order! These copies take me 3+ hours to annotate per book (Which was a lot longer than expected). I am trying to get these done ASAP and hope to have them all completed and shipped by 10/15/24.
- After this week, any orders placed from here on out will be packaged and shipped the following Monday!
- Giveaway winners: Please be patient as I finish up all orders and will then go through all the giveaways I have had the last few months and will complete your "orders" as well! I am hoping to have these shipped/completed by 10/15/24.

**Some customers put their phone number instead of an email when purchasing the e-book and therefore, the email with the e-book was never sent and we have no way to get in contact with you. All of these orders will automatically be refunded if not reached out to us with name and email to send e-book to by OCTOBER 14th!! If one of these order names are yours, please email us at customerservicepierceywrites@gmail.com with your name and email you want it sent to.

PHYSICAL ORDERS:
**When we went to ship some orders the carrier alerted us that the address isn't recognized. This doesn't mean that the address is wrong, but because we want to make sure everyone receives their orders at the correct address we put these ones off to the side and send an email to verify your address. (We started doing this becasue found that a lot of these orders ended up having the wrong zip code, street name, etc!) and we want to prevent this if possible.
