Return Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns/refunds/or cancellations. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We strive to ensure the highest quality, and each item undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping to guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or inquiries about your purchase, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to address any issues promptly. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE in the US, and is not internationally. The shipping costs will be applied at checkout for those outside of the US. You are also welcome to purchase through Amazon or different means if it is cheaper that way for you! I have provided this website to offer bookish bags, stickers, crewnecks, and art prints to go along with my books :)

If shipping internationally, it is your responsibility to cover any additional taxes, duties, and fees that may occur. It is also your responsibility to respond to the carriers if they reach out needing additional information and to stay informed on the tracking. If you don't respond to some carriers by a certain time they will send your package back and this is out of our control and therefore no replacements will be offered for your order if this happens. 

Whether shipping domestically or internationally, it is your responsibility to verify your address and ensure compliance with local delivery regulations. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may either request a second delivery attempt (for which you will need to cover the additional shipping cost) or receive a refund, minus the original shipping charges.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package arrived damaged or with any concerns you will have 7 days from delivery to reach out to get any issues resolved. Contact us at customerservicepierceywrites@gmail.com with photos, your name, and order number. If we receive damaged claims or notification of missing items outside of the 7 day delivery window then we won't be able to take care of the order as we are unable to ensure that damages were caused from shipping or that the missing items weren't included.
